In conjunction with Stortech these range of access technologies provide customers a single point of contact to plan, provision and manage ICT connectivity solutions in support of almost any business requirement.
Different combinations of these categories are available on a per-site basis supported with a range of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), based on clearly defined metrics. The SLA is dependent on the access medium chosen and deployment architecture measuring service availability, time to respond and time to repair metrics.
