Monitored Service Level Agreements
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are customised to client requirements. To ensure sufficient tracking of SLAs, StorTech uses MARVAL, an ITIL based service management system. Through this system, SLA parameters are monitored and escalations alerts raised during the call handling process, in order to avoid breach. All scheduled and unscheduled service and support activities are monitored via the MARVAL system. SLA parameters measured include: response time (calls), restore time (mean time to restore), hold time, uptime, repeat call / incidence occurrences plus customised parameters dependent on individual customer requirements.
